These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Songprint at getsongprint.com and studio.getsongprint.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What the Service is
Songprint creates original, personalized songs using artificial intelligence, based on the information you provide. Songs are generated automatically; each result is unique and results will vary. You can listen to a free preview before deciding to purchase.
Your account
An account is created for you when you complete a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Purchases, credits and delivery
- A single song purchase includes the full-length song in two versions, MP3 download, and a shareable gift link.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Songs are delivered digitally to your account, normally within minutes of purchase.
Refunds
Every purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your song for any reason, contact us at hello@getsongprint.com within 30 days of purchase and we will revise or regenerate the song for free — or refund you in full.
Your content
You retain ownership of the stories, names, and messages you submit. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to create your songs and operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit: don't submit information about someone that you don't have the right to share, and don't use the Service to create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes anyone's rights.
Your songs
Once purchased, you may use your songs for any personal, non-commercial purpose: listen, download, gift, and share them freely, forever. Commercial use (e.g. advertising, monetized content, resale) requires our prior written permission. AI-generated music may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions; we make no guarantee of copyright registrability.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Service, including attempting to bypass usage limits, scraping, reverse engineering, or using the Service to generate content referencing real artists or that violates any law or third-party right.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that any particular song will meet your expectations, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms over time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
